What the form asks for

The form asks for an email address and an optional practice name. It does not request patient records, EOB documents, payment information, or practice software credentials.

How we use your information

We use your email address to share NinjaDent product updates and opportunities to take part in early access. An optional practice name helps us understand the practices interested in NinjaDent. Joining does not create a software account or guarantee product access. We do not sell the signup list.

Storage and website hosting

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Public form submissions are stored in a dedicated Cloudflare database with your email address, optional practice name, the form consent version, and the signup timestamp. Cloudflare processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver the website and protect the form from abuse. We do not save IP addresses in the early-access list.

This form does not upload patient records or connect to a dental practice's software. Please do not send patient information, EOB documents, or credentials through it.

Leaving the list or asking about your data

Email hello@ninjadent.com from the address you used to join if you want to leave the list, correct your information, or request its deletion. We keep signup information while you remain on the list and use this contact route to handle removal requests. We will include a way to opt out in product update emails.

Cookies and tracking

We have not added advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or marketing cookies to this website. You can browse the product information without entering your email address. Our hosting provider may use security measures to protect website traffic.

Product demonstrations

The payment workflow illustrations use fictional office rules, amounts, and claim references. A separate redacted EOB example was rebuilt from a supplied document: its original financial values were retained, while identifying details and the check section were removed. These examples illustrate a product still in development.
