What is NinjaDent?

We're building NinjaDent for AI-powered dental insurance payment reconciliation and automatic insurance fee-schedule updates from incoming EOBs. The intended workflow follows office-defined rules for routine work and involves staff only when a conflict requires intervention.

Is NinjaDent available today?

NinjaDent's software is still in development and is not publicly available. You can join the early-access list for product updates and future opportunities to try it. Joining does not create a software account or provide product access.

Who is it being built for?

Dental office managers and practice teams responsible for insurance payments, EOBs, claims, and reconciliation.

What does joining early access mean?

Joining signs you up for NinjaDent product updates and news about early-access opportunities. You can leave the list by emailing hello@ninjadent.com. It does not create a software account or guarantee access.

How will office rules guide the AI?

Your office defines the rules for routine matching and reconciliation. We're designing the AI-powered workflow to follow those rules and flag conflicts that require staff intervention.

Will NinjaDent update insurance fee schedules?

That is a planned feature. We're building AI that automatically updates insurance fee schedules as EOBs arrive, using the allowed amounts shown on the EOB and your office's rules. Conflicting information is flagged for staff review. This capability is still in development.

When will staff need to intervene?

The intended workflow handles routine reconciliation according to office-defined rules without requiring staff approval for every payment. Staff are needed when a conflict requires intervention, so they can investigate the details and decide how to resolve it.

Are the examples real payment records?

The workflow illustrations use fictional office rules, payment amounts, and claim references. The separate redacted EOB example was rebuilt from a supplied document, with identifying details and the check section removed and the original financial values retained.

Which systems will NinjaDent work with?

Supported systems and connections have not been announced. The final features may evolve during development. We will share confirmed details when they are ready.

When will NinjaDent launch?

A launch date has not been announced. Product updates will be shared through the early-access list.
