How long does setup take?
Setup starts with an onboarding questionnaire about how your office posts, and connecting NinjaDent to Open Dental through Open Dental’s official API. We haven’t published a typical setup time yet; we’ll share realistic timing with early-access offices.
Do we need new hardware?
NinjaDent starts from scanned EOBs, so you’ll need a way to scan your paper EOBs. Tell us what your office uses today when you join.
Will it change how we use Open Dental?
Payments, write-offs and supplemental payments land in Open Dental where your team expects them, with the EOB attached. Your team keeps using Open Dental as usual.
Can we keep using ERA auto-posting?
Yes. NinjaDent is built for the EOBs that still arrive on paper. Keep using ERAs wherever they work for you.
